Who doesn't want to improve employee health and reduce costs at the same time? But where should you start? Are you targeting the right health risks for your employees?

We have developed a proprietary application that supports individual and physician accountability. Our solution integrates clinical information, biometric screenings, personal health coaching, pre-certification and large case and absence management. We focus on incremental change, beginning with activities most highly correlated with reducing costs and improving care.

Once we identify your organization's health risks, we implement communications and incentives to drive patient engagement, employer satisfaction and health care cost reduction. Then we measure the outcomes.

First, we assess the interest and needs of the general employee population for health and organizational issues, as we develop the program's goals and objectives. We then select the employee incentives appropriate for your organization. These can take multiple forms, from monetary rewards (HSA/HRA deposits, premium contributions) to non-monetary rewards (gift cards from national retailers, merchandise, airlines miles, personal services, travel), health rewards, debit cards or charities.

As part of your employee wellness campaign, we establish a theme and overall design for the program. We communicate to your employees through various media, from letters, email or postcards, to health guides, even Twitter "Tweets" from RNs.

These focused and targeted communications are designed to drive behavioral change. The initiatives are supported by wellness classes, workshops, an online activity tracker and a supervisor/manager toolkit on the campaign.
