Our role as a liaison between clients and health and welfare vendors provides administrative support to Benefits and HR staff on any administrative issues that might occur on a day-to-day basis. This may include assisting with an eligibility issue or getting involved in billing problems and helps us to identify and target any recurring issues that require employee education. Cammack LaRhette works with each client vendor to see that each vendor provides the services it promised and administers the plan in an efficient manner. We also assist clients with enrollment, education and communications.
